Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, please contact info@fruitofthewombherbals.com ASAP. Most orders ship out within a few business days, so prompt contact is needed.
If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
If you contact us after your order has been shipped, please mark the box “RETURN TO SENDER” and send the package back to us unopened. Once we have received your order, we will refund you minus shipping charges.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancelled orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Fruit of the Womb Herbals accepts returns for products with a defect/issue only.
If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue at info@fruitofthewombherbals.com. If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, we will need these pictures to be able to send your replacement product. Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product as soon as possible. If there is any delay (i.e. if the product is out of stock), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund.

Returns or exchanges does not apply to items on clearance. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for items on clearance.
Don’t love our product?
We want every customer to love their product, but we understand that won’t always be the case. If you aren’t completely satisfied with our products, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money minus shipping charges. In most cases, there is no need to return it, we’ll let you keep it or give it to another pregnant mama who could benefit from it!
